What We Believe
Our core theological foundations that guide our ministry and disciple-making mission across Africa.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, our final authority for faith and practice. All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
The Trinity
We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God, yet there is only one God (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14).
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully human and fully divine. He died for our sins, rose from the dead, and is the only way to salvation (John 14:6, Romans 10:9-10).
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, not by our own works. Everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16).
The Great Commission
We believe Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything He commanded. This is our primary calling and mission (Matthew 28:18-20).
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. We are called to love one another, serve together, and advance God's Kingdom through unity and multiplication (Ephesians 4:11-16, Acts 2:42-47).
Discipleship
We believe every follower of Jesus is called to be a disciple who makes disciples. This multiplication of faithful followers is the heart of our mission and ministry (2 Timothy 2:2, Luke 10:1-9).
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, empowering us for service, guiding us into truth, and producing spiritual fruit in our lives (John 16:13, Galatians 5:22-23, Acts 1:8).
Love and Unity
We believe love is the greatest commandment and the mark of true discipleship. We pursue missional unity across denominations and cultures to advance God's Kingdom (John 13:34-35, John 17:20-23).
Christ's Return
We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal Kingdom (Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 21-22).
